Property Description

This bright, luxury villa sleeps 8 people in comfort.

The property has been fitted and furnished in the local style, but also offers modern comforts. Two bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the others share a bathroom or shower room. Each bedroom has quality beds.

LOCATION
The property is situated on the edge of Isle sur la Sorgue, a little Venice in the South of France. The town centre is within walking distance, where you will find everything from antique shops, twice weekly markets and cafes. There are large supermarkets nearby. The region boasts many famous tourist attractions, including the medieval city of Avignon, the spa town of Aix en Provence, provençal markets, villages such as Gordes and Roussillon...

Everybody, but everybody loves the position : peace and quiet yet only a stone's throw from small market town( L'Isle sur La Sorgue). It is in a lovely position looking on to the Monts de Vaucluse.

VILLA
The kitchen, sitting room and dining room open onto the shaded terrace and garden. They are fully equipped to enable you to enjoy a meal together, or maybe to watch a video. There is a fireplace for winter visitors, while those visiting in the summer will enjoy the sun-lit rooms. One of the bedrooms also opens onto the terrace.

There is a twin bedded room on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. There is also a toilet on this floor.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite salle d'eau, and another two twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet.

THE GROUNDS
The property also offers off-road parking for 2-3 vehicles and is gated therefore secure and private.

By the pool area you will find a solaire shower for your convenience.

NOTE
For all periods of rental - linen/towels including beach/pool towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The telephone receives incoming calls only.

Also if the villa is left in an unreasonable condition then additional cleaning will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE: we regret we do not accept pets at the villa or allow smoking inside the villa. Heating will be chargeable in the winter season. The owner occupies a separate studio at the rear of the house. The pool is cleaned every 2nd day early in the morning. A gardener will do general maintenance and a cleaner will visit at times to be mutually agreed.

Winter Guests

We are able to offer winter guests the option of bed and breakfast at £35 per person, per night or dinner, bed and breakfast at £40 per person, per night.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/sec. deposit of £500/800 euros is also taken to cover any breakages or damage to the property.
