Property Description

On the approach to Villa Goulti, one would be forgiven for thinking you had stepped into a picture postcard of Provence.

Flanked by fields of lavender which run seamlessly into acres of carefully cultivated vines, the recently renovated 'mas' with its pretty pale green shutters blends beautifully into this rural setting.

At the back of the house there is a spacious terrace, shaded by a bower of vines and looking out onto the swimming pool and the adjacent lavender fields. French doors lead back into a spacious, marble-surfaced kitchen, a convenient lay out which provides a cool haven in the heat of the peak of summer.

All five of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and are made complete by each having their own high quality bathroom facilities. 

An ancient fortified hilltop village which overlooks the northern plains and out to the Plateau de Vaucluse, and across to the Luberon mountains to the south.

Inside the Property

Ground Floor: There is the entrance hall and study area, a sitting/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room.

There are two bedrooms on this floor: a double (king) bedroom, which can be made up as a twin, if required, with a separate bathoom and a double bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite shower room.

First Floor: A double (king) bedroom, which can be made up as a twin, if required, with a en suite double headed shower room, the Master bedroom, with queen size bed, with an en suite bath room, with bath tub, walk-in shower and French doors leading onto a terrace.

Guest Annexe (outside access): with double (king) bedroom which can be made up as a twin, if required, leading off the terrace, with an en suite shower room.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit must be paid along with a security damage deposit of 1500 euros at the time of booking.
The full balance of the rental price including any charges (made by any supplementary invoice) must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Insurance must be taken out in order to cover all clients and their holiday arrangements.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes will incur a £30 amendment fee per person in respect of each change to cover costs incurred. Changes cannot be made within 42 days of departure.

All cancellations by Client must be made in writing from the person who signed the booking form, either by recorded delivery or fax. If the cancellation notification is received 43 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%

Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%

Between 14 and the departure date or later 100%

Linen Change: Once a week on arrival day. Extra changes available on request for an additional charge.

Tenancy Times: Tenances commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Maid service, 4 hours, 2 days per week.
