Property Description

Villa Ste Maxime is a truly luxurious villa with stunning sea views situated in a beautiful private domaine overlooking the bay of St Tropez. It is approx a 25 minute walk to the centre of Ste Maxime with its shops and restaurants and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated and the accomodation is set out over 2 levels. It has 365m2 interior space. It boasts an oversized swimming pool and a large terrace on the garden level. There is a huge balcony and dining area on the first floor level with comfy outdoor seating to soak up the spectacular view.

The price of your stay includes all electricity, linen, bath and pool towels, a midweek clean during your holiday and final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Although there is a pool heater it is not used during July and August since the pool is generally kept warm enough by the sun during these months and most people like to use it to cool down. If you would like the pool heated please ask in advance.

 Just a few moments walk along the beach there are lovely restaurants and a sailing club where you can hire catamarans and have sailing lessons. In the centre of Ste Maxime you can hire larger boats and sail along the coastline or across the bay to  Tahiti Beach or Club 55 for lunch. There is also a ferry you can take straight across to St Tropez for lunch or shopping without the car.

There is an evening market in the centre of Ste Maxime and a weekly market every Friday, or you can take the ferry over to St Tropez for the fantastic Saturday morning market.

 Just a short drive away there is a great Karting circuit, there is also a small Bowling Alley, and  on the edge of Ste Maxime there is a waterpark, Arbre en Arbre and a cinema. There are good supermarkets close by.

At the top of the private domaine is a forest with good walking trails.

Inside the Property

The Villa is approached though electric gates and there is a garage with space available for a car. As soon as you step thorugh the front door into the living room you will be astounded by the fantastic  view over the bay of St Tropez. The panoramic windows open to give access to the balcony and seating area.There are two sofas and a large T.V. There is also a dining table.

There is a large bedroom on this floor with the same fantastic view with sliding panoramic window which leads onto the balcony, air conditioning and a dressing area. There are large his and hers ensuite bathrooms both with showers, W.C's and one with a bath.

The living room leads out onto the comfy seating area and large dining area on the balcony with  built in barbeque as does the separate professional kitchen with brushed stainless steel island, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, steamer, dishwasher,  two sinks and waste disposal unit. There is a dining table on the balcony which will seat 8 and if you have guests there is a matching one with extra chairs which you can add on.

There is also a separate cloakroom/W.C. on this level.

Stairs lead down from the living room to the sejour which has a bar, a sofa and full sized pool table and the panoramic windows open out onto the garden terrace with palm trees and the same stunning view. Leading off the sejour is a quiet room with sofa and reading lamp. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.

From the sejour a door leads through to three more pretty bedrooms. Two of which have ensuite shower rooms with W.C's. Both of these bedrooms have stunning views of the bay and sliding windows which take you straight out onto the terrace.

From the sejour go outside onto the terrace and there is a further independent bedroom with Antique white painted French furniture and an ensuite shower room with W.C.

 All the beds are doubles. 

Outside the Property

Outside on the terrace there is a table tennis table and swing ball. Steps lead down to a further gated garden level covered with bougainvillea and the infinity pool with stunning views overlooking the sea and the bay of St Tropez. There are sun loungers and a canopy if you would like some shade. The garden is beautifully kept and has stunning Oleander, lavender and other flowering shrubs.

There are further garden areas with lemon and orange trees. There is also a fig tree for you to have fresh, warm, sunripened figs for breakfast.

There is a double garage with one space for your use and parking on the private driveway for several cars.

The land size is 3875 m2.

A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and the balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.

£1800 security deposit is required and is due on arrival.

Check in time from 4pm, check out time no later than 10am.

Rentals Saturday - Saturday.

Final cleaning inlcuded in price.
