Nothing has been overlooked by English owners of this beautiful, 7 bedroom, large property which is situated on the edge of the Luberon Regional Park - the interior of the house offers space and comfort, whilst the surroundings contain provision for a surprising variety of holiday activities.

The property is 2.5 km from Villeneuve, a small and very old village with a cafe, a butcher's shop and bakeries. Nearby is Forcalquier, a pretty market town, where one can go cycling, horse riding, hot-air ballooning and frequent the lively Monday market.

With so much to offer, this beautifully secluded property is the perfect choice for a holiday in the heart of Provence, for a large family group or a party of friends.

Inside the Property

The house is furnished with a light, modern touch but traditional beamed ceilings run throughout the property and an original, vast fireplace dominates the sitting room, which dates back to the 18th century.

The accommodation consists of:

At the entrance level there is a living/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a utility room  and a shower room.

There are three bedrooms on this level : the Master bedroom with an en suite bath/shower room. A double bedroom with a shower room en suite and a second double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a petite kitchenette. There is also a WC.

On the first floor, there are four twin bedrooms - all of which can be made up as large doubles, if required and a WC.

Outside the Property

Every aspect of outdoor living is catered for here, with a magnificient outdoor barbcue area seating 14, numerous terraces, a pretty garden and 80 acres of private grounds, where a 10 minute stroll gives access to the small private lake belonging to the property, making it a marvelous spot for reading, painting or birdwatching.

When a little gentle sports activity calls, there is a large swimming pool close to the house, with table tennis facilities, as well as a hard tennis court, a boules court and nets for basketball and badminton.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.

Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended. 

Tenancies commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 hours on the day of departure.

Linen included in rental price - extra changes available on request, for an additional charge.

Maid service is 2 hours 2 days per week. Maid/caretaker unobtrusively lives in a separate cottage on the property.
