Property Description

This magnificent, recently restored 12th Century Château is set in 5 acres of beautiful grounds and comprises of 8 individual residences. There is a beautiful pool and well maintained tennis court that are both available for the residents.

The Château is 4 kilometres from the ancient town of Lorgues, which boasts many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. The town hosts one of the regions best markets every Tuesday morning, selling just about everything, from local produce to imported clothes, fabrics and interesting bric a brac.

The beach towns of Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez are both about 40 kms away. There are several stunning golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

Inside the Property

The apartment itself is on the first and second floors with a shared outside access staircase with one adjacent apartment. 

The first floor consists of sitting room, dining room and kitchen.  There is a small verandah off the kitchen and a large verandah/patio off the sitting room dining room.  There is a TV, telephone and broadband (ADSL) WiFi. 

Upstairs the Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a small double bed, the third has two singles.  There is a separate bathroom with shower for these two bedrooms.

The apartment sleeps 6, maximum, and is approx. 180m2 in size.

Outside the Property

For guests use there is an outdoor table, chairs and parasols on the patio off the living room. 

There is an outdoor shared pool and tennis court. Large grounds and gardens to explore. There are many sun loungers by the pool area.

 

The pool is 12 meters in length, the deep end is approximately 3.5 metres, whilst the shallow end is 1 metre.    The kiddies pool is  67cms.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
