Property Description

Villa Parasol is located in the bustling beach resort of Ste Maxime on the Cote Azur.

At the gates of the gulf of St Tropez, facing due South, Ste Maxime is ideally situated. The climate is ideal with 300 sunny days in the year. A truly privileged climate clear air, water and green spaces, Ste Maxime enjoys all the best possible conditions for the moral and physical health of its inhabitants and its visitors. All the good points which have made the Cote d'Azur so famous are represented in Ste Maxime. With its typical heart of the town, its port, seaside promenade, its beaches, one of which is right in the centre of town, its animated street life, roadside cafes, shops and handicraft stalls.

This Provençal style, luxury villa nestles in a small quiet residential estate of 9 villas, set amongst hilly surroundings with panoramic views of the surrounding hills and partial views to the sea. It has been equipped to the highest standard.

It is an easy 15 minute walk into Ste Maxime's beaches, town, marina and all amenities, with access to St Tropez either by road or public ferry (15 minutes journey).

Suitability: Please check for children under 5 or the elderly/in-firm, as there is a flight of 12 steps up to the villa.

Inside the Property

Villa Parasol is equipped to a high standard, with excellent furniture and fittings throughout.

The villa sleeps 8 comfortably and is set on two storeys. On the Ground Floor there is an open plan living room, with Sky TV, wireless broadband connection, a selection of up to date DVD films and a Bose player. There is a dining area, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, including a water softener, and a system for filtered drinking water, a separate utility area with a drier and washing machine.

On the Ground Floor there is a double bedroom (5ft double bed) and a bedroom with bunk beds with a shared luxury shower room with a  shower unit, washbasin vanity unit and separate WC

The Master bedroom (5 ft double bed) and a twin bedroom are on the First Floor with a shared luxury shower room with 'Grohe' shower unit, washbasin vanity unit and separate WC. Beds are firm, but comfortable and pillows are changed regularly. There are hair dryers in both double rooms and good magnifying makeup missors.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside the Property

The swimming pool is heated, generally to a temperature between 25-28oC and has a security alarm system conforming to the new French 'Raffarin' law. There are also sun loungers located around the pool. In the cooler months, because of colder evenings and heat evapouration, the pool is around 25oC, in warmer months it can get up to over 30oC

There is an extended 140 ft covered terrace and summer kitchen with a dining table for 8, a built-in BBQ with chimney, comfortable rattan patio furniture. a powerful patio heater for those Spring and Autumn evenings and power adjusted awnings for additional shade.

There is a set of golf clubs, tennis rackets, a cold box for picnic's and 2 bicycles plus helmets for use during the rental period. A small 'boule' court is complete with a boule set for villa use.

Booking & Payment Info

Deposit of 25% of the total rental cost at time of booking. Final balance required 6 weeks before rental commences.  For bookings within 8 weeks of rental, full payment is required.

A security deposit of £350.00 is payable with final payment.

Winter short stay breaks available at 70% of weekly rental.

Linens included. Electricity is metered in low season. Phone available, but chargeable on usuage.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time 4pm onwards. Check out by 10am.

Other arrangements can be made depending on incoming guests.

Discounts may apply for less than 8 guests.

A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, UHT milk, wine and soap are provided. If guests require a larger shop, this can be provided at an additional cost.
