A two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor (no lift) of a residential block with views down to the old town and bay of La Ciotat.

The block in which the apartment is situated is funtional but once inside, the apartment is lovely.
It is a 10 minute walk down into the old town and port, lively and full of activity in July and August. There are great provencal markets all the time.
Ample communal parking space.

Booking & Payment Info
PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.
A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
Linen and towels are included in the rental price, along with the final clean.
Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
