This beautiful recently built Provençal style villa of 180 m2, is just 25 minutes from Nice Airport and is situated in a small domaine of 5 houses, within walking distance of the medieval village of Bar sur Loup.

The villa is South East facing with stunning, panoramic views over the valley of the River Loup to the mountains.

Set in 1700 m2 of terraced, landscaped gardens with a private, heated swimming pool, a large sun deck, electric gates and an alarm system, this villa is perfect for families or a group of friends wanting tranquillity in the South of France, but yet still close enough to excellent restaurants, local markets and golf courses.

Linen/towels are included. Please bring your own pool towels.

The villa is large, modern, contemporary and a quality property.

Long term lets - 6 months or longer £3150 per month and that includes the gardener and pool man, which is 350 euros off the rental.

NOTE - due to the steep stairs leading to the pool, only children over 8 years old allowed.  Also property is not suitable for the disabled

Inside the Property

This well furnished villa, is light and bright, offering a spacious living area with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and an outside terrace overlooking the pool and the magnificent views of the distant mountains.

The Master bedroom has a super king bed, is situated on same floor as the living area and has its own dressing area and bathroom en suite, with a separate shower, twin washbasins and WC.

The other two bedrooms also on the same floor as the living area, each have built in cupboards and share a bathroom with WC. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds.

Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor, with French doors leading out in to the garden. It also has built in cupboards and an en suite shower room with WC.

There is a small laundry area on the ground floor.

There are wooden floors throughout the villa.

There are two mobile air conditioning units available.

Outside the Property

At the front of the villa there is a large paved driveway with parking for several cars.

The back of the villa has a lawned area which is surrounded by a small fence, hence making it very child friendly, as the swimming pool is at the bottom of the property and the fence has a gate.

The pool is heated and has a large terrace for sun bathing and a garden area for a quiet book. There is a pool house with barbecue and a summer kitchen.

The garden, with an automatic irrigation system, has been terraced and extensively landscaped with Provençal flowers and shrubs.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £800 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
