This beautiful, newly renovated detached villa is set of the edge of the Esterel and has stunning views.

It has a mature, well kept South facing garden of 2000 sqm with a fenced swimming pool, a patio and plenty of space for children to play on the lawn.

Cannes is just a 15 minute drive, with its array of famous restaurants and shops.

Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price.

Inside the Property

The villa is large and bright with an open plan layout. There are double doors opening from the American kitchen, to the patio and sliding doors from the sitting room, which has a fireplace, to the garden and terrace.

On the First Floor, there are 3 bedrooms;  two with double beds and 1 twin bedded room. One Bathroom with large open shower, Basin and WC. The two double rooms have fantastic views over to the Esterel national park while the twin room overlooks the garden and pool area and views down the valley towards Cannes.

On the Ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and view on the garden and pool, One Bathroom with Bath/shower plus an independent WC.

On ground floor the kitchen leads into the dinning area and then into a large tall reception area which leads either upstairs or into the large open sitting room with TV and access to the garden.

There is a cot, high chair and stair gate if required.

Bedlinen and bath towels are provided.

Outside the Property

There is outside lighting and a dining area, with a BBQ and outside furniture, under an ivy clad gazebo, with stunning views of the Esterel Mountains.

The private, fenced swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and there is a shared tennis court, along with a Petanque playing area.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Booking & Payment Info

A reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is required once the booking form has been completed.

The remaining balance of 50% is required 60 days before the arrival date.

A security deposit of £1200 is required. 

Utility consumption (electricity, gas and water) are not included and meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure, and the renters will be given the bills.
