Property Description

This stunning villa is a modern, immaculate 250 sq metre villa sleeping up to 8 people with breathtaking views of the medieval village of Biot.

The villa is only a 10 minute drive to the beach and only 20 minutes from Nice airport.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.

Linen, towels and pool towels together with final cleaning are included in the rental.

For long term monthly rentals, utilities and cleaning charges are payable.

2011 

 The Villa is certainly one of very good design and décor. The owner obviously spends a lot of time thinking about and purchasing exactly the right style and comfort throughout every room with no expense spared. The views during the day and in the evening are fantastic and exactly what is needed to help the guests relax in style. This is clearly a well loved home which makes the stay so much more relaxing for all guests. The Children were safe and happy for the full two weeks we were there. We would definitely re-book every year if we could.  August 2011

Just a brief note to say we had a lovely stay at  the Villa.  The owner is to be complimented on his attention to detail ? the villa was very well fitted out and the position is superb.    June 2010

It really was the best villa that we ever have stayed in. I am not sure what is happening next year but if we do go as a family I certainly would go for this beautiful villa again, if available.   Summer 2010

Inside the Property

The front door leads into the large luminous living/dining area which is tastefully and luxuriously furnished. The villa is tiled throughout.

The living area has a fireplace and is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and music system. There are 3 large French doors leading out onto the terrace where there is a spa jacuzzi with spectacular views.

A large kitchen is located off the dining area and is beautifully equipped with modern amenities and has a breakfast table and chairs.

There is a lovely double bedroom with its own bathroom on this level. This area is great for grandparents and older children as it is away from the upper floor and self contained.

There is also a separate wc and double garage on this level.

On the second level, there is a large Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

There are two other large double bedrooms which share a bathroom and a separate WC.

All three upstairs bedrooms have an adjoining terrace which looks straight across to the village of Biot along with distant views of sea.

Outside the Property

The villa is set in 2500 sq metres of land with a stunning swimming pool which is fenced and with a pool house for relaxing, whilst enjoying the breathtaking views.

Outside shaded dining are with dining table and chairs, together with charcoal barbecue.

Lawned area for play.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included.

Short term lets only - Linen change and cleaning once a week for rentals over 1 week and final cleaning are included. 

Monthly lets for must pay the utility charges, plus cleaning.
