It has its own chapel dating back to 1700, ideal for those wishing to 'tie the knot' in a romantic setting. It is conveniently located to Nice airport, Monaco and is just a 10 minute drive to the Italian border. The house has been fully renovated over the past 2 years and is now ready to be enjoyed. It has plenty of living space, which has been tastefully decorated and furnished, and has 5 bedrooms making it a stunning property in which to holiday in the South of France.

Inside the Property

The house has 340sq metres of living space with 4 reception rooms, 2 with working log burning fireplaces, a billiard room with Plasma screen TV (if required the billiard table converts into a dinning table seating 10 people). There is a traditional well equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a self contained apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment has a kitchen with eating area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. This is very suitable for some family members or staff.

On the First Floor there is an elegant Master bedroom with an antique 4 poster bed, sitting room with fireplace, a separate walk-in-wardrobe, an ensuite bath/shower room and an outside sitting terrace.

Also on this floor are 2 further bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a double bed with en suite shower room. There is a fabulous family bath/shower room and a separate wc.

This floor has a well equipped office with PC and internet access.

On the Second Floor there is a further double bedroom with en suite shower room and views to the coast.

In the Grounds there is a wonderful large swimming pool, size 10.5x5.5 a fully equipped summer kitchen, including a pizza oven, traditional oven, hob, dishwasher, indoor shower room with wc and an outside shower.

There are 2 covered eating areas around the pool and also a gas BBQ. There are 8 sunbeds and also several umbrellas.

To the West of the house is a large flat lawned area with a gazebo, ideal for eating outside. There is also a further BBQ in this area.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

3000 € deposit required but payable to you and reimbursed by yourself upon departure.

Daily and final cleaning not included.
Dry cleaning of bed linen and towels not included.
