Inside the Property

It has the beauty of a large balcony all around, some 50 m2. three balconies in total. There are electric shutters for security and there are awnings for shade when lounging or dining.

The apartment has a spacious open plan comfortable sitting, dining area and the kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances for your every convenience.

There are two bedrooms, the Master bedroom also opens on to the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with shower above. All rooms are fully tiled with quality fixtures and fittings.

The guest bedroom also opens onto the balcony and there is a separate shower room with toilet and sink.

The apartment also has electric security shutters for ease of operation.

The total surface of the appartment is 150 m2 inclusive 50m2 from the three balconies. The bedrooms are more or less 20 m2 for the double bedrooms and 16 m2 for the twin bedded room..

Outside the Property

On the balcony there is a large table for alfresco dining and sun loungers for your relaxation.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
