SEPARATE STUDIO WITH SINGLE BED AND OWN BATHROOM. THERE IS ALSO A SOFA BED WHICH COULD SLEEP TWO BUT IDEALLY 1 PERSON WOULD BE BETTER.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit OF 5000 EUROS is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
