Property Description

Beautiful bastide villa located in a small provencal village with Roman ruins.

The villa is located in the provencal village of 'Le Rouret' within walking distance are 4 eating places. One being the not to be missed ‘Clos Saint Pierre' which has an outstanding reputation for great dining .Also two pizzeria and a traditional French family run restaurant.

There is a boulangerie, pharmacy and a wine shop whose owner will assist you with your choice from his great knowledge of wine. There are supermarkets within a 5 minutes drive.

Le Rouret is a quaint village with the traditional stone buildings and a lovely walk up to the ruins of the roman camp with a truffle farm area at the top by the chateau.

Linen and house towels are provided and there are a few pool towels but it may be advisable to bring a few pool towels.

Refurbished four bedroom Bastide Villa with all modern amenities including satellite Television. Internet ADSL

There are four bedrooms three have double beds and the fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room.Two bedrooms are served by contempory en suite shower rooms and there is a luxury bath/shower room serving the other two rooms.All bath towels and linen is changed weekly

Villa Ruisseau is also a fun villa for children as there is plenty of flat grass area for playing badminton or ball games . The little stream at the bottom of the garden is a fun place to explore.

Outside the Property

It is a terraced garden with olive trees and fruit trees.A small stream runs through the bottom of the garden.

There is a comfortable lounge area on the terrace with sofa type chairs for full relaxation with your aperitif.

Heated swimming pool with area for sunbathing on the modern sunbeds.Also an outside kitchen bbq and pizza oven where you can create your own homemade pizza.A large wrought iron outside dining table with parasol is the perfect place to enjoy your alfresco dining.Guests are asked kindly to provide their own pool/beach towels.

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.
