Property Description

Villa Desirade is a beautiful, luxurious contemporary villa, with a saline water swimming pool, located just above Cannes, in Le Cannet. It enjoys a panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes and within walking distances to all local amenities in Le Cannet. It is a 10 minute drive to La Croisette/central Cannes.

The interior space is 400sqm.

Linen/towels, electricity and water are all included.

Inside the Property

Villa Desirade has 2 reception rooms, a beautiful, modern, fully equipped American kitchen, dining room and a second kitchen. Downstairs utility room.

There is a mini grand piano in the sitting room.

There is air conditioning in the top floor three bedrooms, TV room and the main reception room.

There is a TV room with satellite (Sky digital +) TV.

There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms and 2 with ensuite shower rooms.

For 2009 we have an addition which is the garden apartment sleeping 2 persons. It also has a double sofa bed if required.

There is a guest wc.

Cleaning service can be provided daily if required at cost.

Outside the Property

Villa Desirade has 3 terraces with outside dining furniture, views of the Bay of Cannes and sunshades.

The swimming pool has a shower room for the pool, there is no shallow end. There are bbq facilities for guests use.

There is also a garden and garage.

Booking & Payment Info

A cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost of the rental is requited at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is taken to cover telephone and any breakages/damage.
