Property Description

This property is a truly luxurious villa, just a two minute walk from the centre of the exclusive village of Mougins, it enjoys the best of both worlds - the convenience of village life with renowned restaurants, cafes and boutiques as well as the privacy and seclusion that a large private villa provides.

The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated, laid out on four different levels, with beautiful arched windows that front the property offering panoramic coastal views of the Bay of Cannes and the Ile de Lerins.


All prices include electricity, water, linens, towels (excl. pool towels) and end of stay cleaning. Heated pool is an additional cost.

Inside the Property

Interior

The entrance level has a very open and spacious living room, of comfortable sofas and tasteful furniture, including a baby grand piano, the dining area has a large table, seating up to ten people.
A well equipped kitchen, with quality appliances is open plan ajoining the lounge.
This level enjoys French windows which open onto a large balcony.

Upstairs, is the huge master bedroom, with a king size double bed and private lounge, the en-suite has been luxuriously designed; with a large bath, shower, and twin hand basins. The bedroom and lounge also enjoy the large balcony.
The second double bedroom has balcony views of the village of Mougin, with en-suite bath and toilet.

On the floor below the entrance level, are two further double bedrooms both with sea facing views and en-suite shower rooms.
There is also a family room, ideal for playing some of the games provided, or watching a DVD or satellite TV. This room opens onto the wonderful dining terrace, perfect for alfresco dining, under the wrought iron gondola. Also, next to the family room is the utility room.

Outside the Property

Exterior

The lowest level of the villa is the pool area, summer kitchen and fifth bedroom.

The heated pool has a beautiful non-slip stone patio surround, with colourful shrubs and flowers to admire.
The summer kitchen is very convenient being close to the pool ideal when preparing lunches etc, in the simple but functional outbuilding. Between the pool and summer kitchen is a special garden lounge area, the perfect place for an aperitif.
Between the lowest level of the villa and the summer kitchen is the fifth bedroom, it is the smallest of the five and has a separate outdoor entrance. This may be suitable for a nanny or visiting guests wanting some privacy. It also has an ensuite shower bathroom.

Voiles Blanche has a lovely terrace area with magnificent views and this is great for evening dining, very special indeed.

There is a small lawned area and a lovely citron orchard

Booking & Payment Info

June / Sept, available on request Oct / May, available on request. A reservation is confirmed once a contract is signed and a deposit (30% of total cost) is received.

The balance is due 5 weeks before the arrival date.

The security deposit of 1000 euros is due on arrival. Payment to be made in Euros.

Check-in time: 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out time: no later than 10 a.m.

Telephone charges and heating (optional)are your responsibility.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Final cleaning fee is included in price.
