Property Description

Located very close to the village of Chateaneuf, this most charming 'mas',  which has been tastefully renovated throughout, offers panoramic sea views, as well as a seperate guest house, making it a perfect choice for having friends or family as guests, as the property can sleep 8 people comfortably.

The house has a surface of 200m2 (1800 sq ft) and is located in an old 2000 m2 (1/2 acre) garden. Our mas is positioned full south, in such a way that total privacy is guaranteed. The guest house has another 30 m2.

The house is fully furnished to a very high standard, since it is a family home not just a holiday rental.

Situated in a very quiet, semi-rural area it is an ideal place to get away from it all, although it is only 25 minutes from Nice Airport, 10 Minutes from Grasse and 15 minutes from Cannes.

Other arrangements can be made depending on guests requirements.

NOTE: We regret we do not accept pets at the villa nor allow smoking inside the villa.

CHILDREN: 1 cot and a high chair which are available upon request, free of charge.

Inside the Property

Interior description:

This property has recently been renovated and thoughtfully decorated throughout.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a WC and laundry area, leading in to an open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, and French doors leading out onto a covered dining terrace, with bbq overlooking the pool and panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and sea views in the distance.

The dining area leads into the well equipped and light kitchen, which also has French doors out onto the terrace.

Stairs in the entrance hall lead up to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has French doors leading out to its own private terrace with stunning views of the valley below and sea views in the distance. There is a full bathroom ensuite.

There are two further double bedrooms, both with panoramic views and they share a shower room.

The accommodation for the guest house includes:

A bedroom/living area, a bathroom, seperate toilet and small kitchen area.

Outside the Property

Exterior

The house is set in a rural garden, with the private swimming pool taking pride of place, with magnificent views.

There is a lawned area with a badminton net along with plenty of sunloungers and outside furniture.

There is a car port and automatic entrance gates.

Booking & Payment Info

25% at reservation, the remaining final balance 8 weeks before rental date.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required, when the final balance is due.

For all periods of rental - linen/towels (excluding beach/pool towels) are included in the price.

Final checkout cleaning will be charged at 15 euros an hour, depending on the amount of cleaning required.
