Property Description

Located 1 km from the medieval village of Tourettes sur Loup, L’Hermitage is an old stone mas that has been stylishly renovated whilst maintaining the Provençal style and a homely atmosphere.

The house is child friendly and has lots of different seating areas so ideal for families sharing.

The property lies on a flat piece of land surrounded by old olive trees and has views on the mountains.

The owner takes care of the garden, pool, electricity and water. The pool can be heated upon request

Extra cleaning can be arranged on request.

Welcome Pack Comprising of the basic essentials - this is included in the price.

Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the price.  These are changed after each complete weeks rental for a two week stay or more.  The final cleaning charge is included in the rental price.

Inside the Property

Interior description

The entrance leads into a cosy dining room with a round table that seats 8 people, this is ideal for winter dining . On the same level there is a guest toilet, and a large kitchen that also seats up to 8 people.

On the next level is a double sitting room which leads out onto an outdoor sitting area.

Next to this is the Master bedroom which has a wonderful old stone arch , a dressing area, separate toilet and shower room en suite. Sky TV has recently been installed in the Master bedroom suite.

On the next floor are a further 3 double rooms. There is a communicating bathroom between 2 of them and a shower room next to the third.

In the annexe lies another double bedroom with en suite shower and bathroom.

All beds in the bedrooms are singles so can be used as such if needed.

There are 2 highchairs and 1 safe for your use.
 

Outside the Property

Exterior description

The bbq area is equipped with a fridge,glasses and a bar. The large TV, DVD player  are in the pool house. Nearby is an outdoor eating area that seats 10. Outside the kitchen there is an outside eating area ideal for breakfast.

This leads to the Pool which has 10 teak sun loungers , side tables and parasols. The Pool has mosaic steps on the shallow end and a step ladder on the deep end.

By the Pool is another bar with fridge,covered seating area and outdoor shower.

The Moroccan style pool house has a steam bath and shower.

There is covered parking for 2 cars and ample parking in drive.

There is also a boule area, ping pong table and badminton.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover final cleaning/ telephone and any breakages.
