Property Description

A beautifully refurbished villa -in a quiet location yet just 6 minutes walk from the little town of Valbonne, with it's beautiful square, restaurants and markets. Situated in an residential area, with no through traffic this tastefully decorated villa is equipped with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, including floor cooling and has a fully equipped modern kitchen and luxurious bathrooms,  a large heated salt water swimming pool, covered terrace area and large decked area, flat lawns and olive trees.

Inside the Property

The villa has been completely refurbished this year - and has never been rented before.  On two floors, the main living area is on the first floor, with the bedrooms on the ground floor - where it is much cooler.

There is a large kitchen, equipped with Miele appliances (dishwasher, steam oven,fridge, freezer and wine cooler.) The kitchen has large french windows which open onto the spacious covered terrace. There are two large central islands - one with sink, steam cooker, quooker tap and dishwasher and the other with seating area and 4 bar stools. There is a dining area with large table which seats 8, and has french windows which open into the pool terrace.  The comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs with flat screen hd tv, has french windows opening onto the front balcony.

Also on the first floor there is one of two master bedrooms, with french windows opening onto the pool terrace.  It has a king size bed, a beautiful dressing room and a wet room.

There is also a guest toilet on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a second master bedroom, with a private patio area, a large room with a super king sized bed, dressing room and large wet room.

The third bedroom can be either a double or a twin room.  It has plenty of storage space and french windows.

The fourth bedroom is a twin.

Also on the ground floor is a tv room - it has a sofa bed and can be used as a fifth bedroom, it is fully equipped with a psp 3, wii, a library of dvds and a large flat screen tv.  There is also a selection of games and puzzles.

There is a large house bathroom, with wet area shower and a large bath.

All three bathrooms, the 2 ensuites and the house bathroom have wet room areas, with hans grohe rain showers, there are hairdryers in each vanity unit with mist free mirrors.

There is a laundry room with a miele washing machine and a dryer.

There is sky tv,french tv, wifi and  a fax.  The house also has a sonos music system and a bowers and wilkins zeppelin ipod player.

The house is alarmed and monitored by a local company.

The house is cooled through a floor cooling system, should you prefer there are fans available.

The rental does include all linens, towels and beach towels, as well as a midweek clean and a Saturday change of linens.

Outside the Property

The property is located on a very quiet no through road.  The garden is completely private.  The front of the property has a beautiful balcony - which is north facing, overlooking woodlands and the mountains, so a relaxing spot for escaping the sun. 

The front garden is lawn and olive trees.

The rear of the property is south facing - here there is a beautiful large salt water pool - which is heated.  A 80m deck surrounds the pool, so there is plenty of space for sunbeds. There is a lounge area with outdoor sofa and chairs.

The kitchen opens onto a covered  terrace - and here there is  large dining table and chairs.

The garden has large flat lawned areas, along with mature olive trees and lavender and rosemary hedges.

The property is securely fenced with electric gates.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit  of £1800 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
