Property Description

The Villa has been completely renovated and is situated on a hill with excellent views. It is situated in a private domaine just outside Mougins old village and close to the village of Valbonne. Both villages have excellent restaurants and bars. All provisions can be purchased locally. 

The villa is in a quiet location in a large garden with no passing traffic. The neighbouring properties are similar and of a high standard. It is close to Nice airport and within a short drive to the beaches and the local resorts of Antibes, Juan Les Pins and Cannes. The A8 motorway is a short distance away as is the mountain town of Grasse.

The Cannes - Mougins golf club is situated a short walk away at the bottom of the road and there are three other courses of different standards within a 15 minute drive.

All bed linen and towels (including separate pool towels) are included in the price as is four hours cleaning per week. additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Final cleaning is included provided it does not exceed four hours.  If this is exceeded then it will be chargeable at the hourly rate which is usually around 15 euros per hour.

Inside the Property

A complete renovation of the property has just been completed using the highest quality fittings and furnishings. It has excellent security with shutters to all windows.

The villa has four spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has the benefit of a separate sofa and sitting area. There are two temporary beds for children but they would have to be accommodated in the bedrooms.

The magnificent sitting room (over 60 sq m in size) opens onto the terrace and swimming pool area. It has the benefit of an excellent view over the mountains, a piano and music system. There are ipod docks around the property.

The Villa has three TVs all with access to English programs an extensive library and a fully equipped gym. In the gym you have a rowing machine, cross trainder, free weights, weights bench and a TV to take your mind off the workload!

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a full range of appliances including a built in coffee machine. Off the kitchen there is conservatory equipped with a barbeque and eating area.

 

Outside the Property

The Villa has a large and secluded terrace with a shaded eating area with table and seating for eight. A separate coffee / drinks area and a pool which features a shallow lounging area as well as walk in deeper section. Sun loungers.are provided. 

The villa is accessed via it's own drive with electric gates, has parking for up to five cars and has a large garden with grassed terraces and plenty of shade from mature trees. 

It is in an elevated position, is not overlooked and therefore provides excellent privacy.

The villa is in an exclusive quiet residential area has plenty of natural sunlight and a built in charcoal barbeque
