The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beauty of the Cote D'Azur , being close to the medieval town of Vence with its many shops, art galleries, museums and restaurants, and its famous 'Les Nuits Du Sud' , summer musical concerts with various international artists, providing memorable summer nights out.

Vence has a traditional French atmosphere. Vence is also home to Matisse's Chapel. St Paul de Vence is just 3 km from the villa, famous for it's artists, galleries, and the Colombe d'Or Hotel and Restaurant, once frequented by the legendary French actor Yves Montand and Picasso. If you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of someone famous sitting on the hotel terrace.

Nice, Monaco and Cannes are ideal for shopping and sight-seeing, as are the other medieval villages close by, like Tourrettes sur Loup, and Antibes. Italy is a 45 minute drive away. The French Riviera is animated with open air concerts, Jazz festivals and sunny beaches. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Ski: Local ski resort is Greoiliers les Nieges, about a 45 minute from Vence. This small ski station has 9 pistes. For one of the bigger ski resorts you need to drive for 90 minutes either to Isola 2000 or Auron, where the ski resorts are bigger and offer many pistes, and other activities too.

Inside the Property

This villa has been newly renovated to a very high standard, decorated in light colours, with tasteful soft furnishings, creating a charming atmosphere. Light and spacious, the living and dining areas open out onto a large terrace, with views of the distant hills. Ideal for eating outside, and perfect for sundowners. The villa is ideal for two couples or two families, as it has 2BR upstairs and 2BR downstairs. And there is a play room too. There is also a gym in the villa. The kitchen is superb, the owners, having owned a restaurant before, have thought of every detail and requirement needed to enjoy cooking, with it being fully equipped, with top equipment and a huge double freezer to store those summer ice creams. The villa is ideal for entertaining, loads of seating space.

• Two bedrooms are upstairs, and share a bathroom and toilet. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs and have their own shower and toilet. Ideal for two families sharing, as they each have there own sleeping floor. The play room offers a variety of toys to keep young ones busy.

Outside the Property

There is a trampoline and swing/slide set outside for children. The gas BBQ is found directly outside the dining area on the terrace/balcony. The pool area is secured by a lockable gate, and access to the pool is down some stairs.

The terrace overlooks the pool and garden, with its many trees and pretty shrubs.The pool is away from the house. There is plenty of parking.

Booking & Payment Info

• Rates are inclusive of all linen, towels, WiFi, a weekly clean(3 hours) and the final cleaning.
  We can arrange for extra cleaning on your behalf and at your cost.
  
  A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
  A refundable security/breakages deposit of 1000 euro is required as a security deposit against property loss and or damage. This deposit will be returned to you after your stay.
  
  Arrival time is 16h00, and departure time is 10h00.
  The villa is available for rental on a monthly basis.
