All bedrooms open onto a terrace with views over the sea.

The villa is air conditioned throughout.

There is a laundry room in the basement of the villa.

The villa is set in 1500 m2 of land and has lovely outdoor sitting area on the terrace facing the pool.

There is a garage and parking for 3 cars.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

Rental price includes bed linen and towels.

Final cleaning is chargeable.
