The entirely renovated south facing villa is situated on a hill above Valbonne, which is a 10 minute walk away. The walk is quiet and not on any main road. The village of Valbonne, has shops and restaurants, a lovely square and a great Friday morning market. All provisions can be purchased in Valbonne.

The villa is in a quiet residential location, neighbouring other large properties with mature gardens with no passing vehicles and situated within easy reach of Nice airport, Cannes, Mougins, Grasse and the A8 Motorway. The large garden with mature trees, palm trees and stone terraces with olive trees and lavanders offers privacy as the property is surrounded by mature garderns and olive groves. There are 2 golfcourses and a large childrens playpark within walking distance of the villa. Another golfcourse is 2 minutes drive away.

Linen and towels are included in the rental price.  Four hours cleaning per week is included but additional hours can be paid for upon request, final cleaning and pool heating is also included. Consierge service is also included in price.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit  0f £3500 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

A Welcome basket is included in the rental price.
