Property Description

This stunning four bedroom house is located outside the village of Theoule Sur Mer, in an area called Miramar, next to the famous Palais de Bulles, which was owned by the fashion designer Pierre Cardin and is known to have one of the best views of the Cote d'Azur.

The villa overlooks the entire bay of Cannes, from the famous Croisette, up to the Hotel du Cap and the islands in between. From one side of the house the view is of the village of Le Trayas and the Port of la Figuerette is seen from the rear side. The house overlooks the nature reserve of the Esterel.

The beach is a 10 min drive, together with the shops and restaurants along the spectacular coast road. There is always something to look at from the private jets coming into Mandelieu airport in the distance, to the most beautiful private super yachts sailing by! There are also several tennis courts nearby for keen players.

Inside the Property

The property has been interior designed in a French contemporary style, with local Provencal furniture, limestone floors, underfloor heating (that becomes very cool in the hot summers - literally a new concept of a refrigerated floor!) and art and paintings, which are stunning, in vibrant colours that compliment the white walls throughout the house.

The Ground floor is open plan with a fireplace in the living area and sliding glass doors, running the length of the house, opening onto the sea facing terrace and pool area.

There are 3 large double bedrooms on the Ground floor, all with en suite large contemporary bathrooms.

The kitchen has 2 views of the sea, from the front and back, with a large eating area, overlooking the pool and the amazing seaviews.

The house has a media room upstairs with computer, an enormous flat screen TV, an X-Box, with a large private terrace and sofabed.

There is full WI-FI throughout the house.

Downstairs there is a huge room that sleeps 8 children in bunk beds, with its own shower room, wc, plasma TV and playstation.

Outside the Property

There is a huge terrace at the front of the house, with a large teak table and chairs that seats 12 persons, on the back terrace there is a covered seating area, looking towards the Esterel.

The pool is a heated saline infinity pool, with a shallow area on one side which is good for children and stone steps into the pool.  The pool also has for the more energetic person, a resistant power jet to "burn the extra calories.  This area is partly covered by a beautiful magnolia tree. The pool is protected by an electric cover and this meets safety regulations.

There is a BBQ, a boules court and table tennis beside the house and a carport for at least 3 cars. Table tennis equipment is provided.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date.

A bond/sec. deposit is also taken to cover the telephone and any breakages.

Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price. Maid service once during the week and then the weekly changeover of bed linen and towels. Additional maid service can be provided by the housekeeper if required and payable at the hourly rate direct.

A basic Welcome pack will be provided.

Final cleaning is chargeable and the price is stated. However if more hours are required then there will be a supplement based on the additional numbers of hours cleaning required.
