Property Description

This beautiful, newly renovated, modern Provençal villa is south facing, has 5 bedrooms and enjoys spectacular views of the Alps, the Mediterranean Sea and the Iles des Lerins.

Villa "Lou Soubran" means the highest point in Provencal dialect and from the front door it boasts the most breathtaking views of the Alps and the Coast from Nice to Monaco.

Once inside, we overlook the historical Isle des Lerins, where the legend "the man with the iron mask " was imprisoned.

A rustic Provencal Villa from the outside and recently renovated to the highest quality with a modern interior.

Linen, towels are included in the rental price but please bring your own pool towels.Final cleaning is chargeable at 150 euros.

Maid service is twick weekly for 3 hours each time. Extra maid service can be provided at 15 euros per hour.

The pool and garden are maintained on a Monday.

Inside the Property

Entrance, is elevated Sitting Room, Dining Room with a large dining table seating 10-12 people.

A fully equipped Kitchen, owners are Restauranteurs, so the kitchen has been designed with functionality and German equipment. 2 ovens, Steamer, Coffee-Machine, 4xStoves, American Refrigerator, Wine Refirgerator & Dishwasher. 

Television Room with flat-screen Television, DVD Player, Sky TV German SKY and French TV.

Guests toilet.

Terraces facing SOUTH, Views! Views! Views!           Furnished with Dedon outdoor furniture.

Level 1, Office with a large screen Computer, Printer, Fax, Wifi.                                                                

Bedroom 1- Master bedroom, with handmade very large bed 2'm40, with ensuite a Rainshower/Hamman with a radio and therapeutic lights that change colour. Large bathtub, toilet, 2 sinks for his/her.

Laundry, with 2 Washing machines, 1 dryer and a pressing machine for sheets. 

Bedroom 2, double bed with ensuite toilet and shower.

Bedroom 3 & 4, large 1m80 beds, the rooms open up to a large terrace. Sharing bathroom and toilet, with Rainshower, large bathtub and 2 sinks.                    

Bedroom 5, a few steps down, is an independent Apartment. 2 double beds (could sleep 4) ensuite shower and toilet. A fully equipped Kitchen that opens to the Pool and garden.

House is fully alarmed and connected to back-to-base alarm, with a panic-button in case of emergency. 

Central air-conditioning, individually controlled each room.

Outside the Property

There is 16x6 Saline pool with a waterfall. A barbeque, next to a round granite table that seats 12 people. A traditional French, wrought iron pagoda for shade with 4 wrought iron sunbeds.

A large, netted Jumpking Trampoline. Ping-Pong table. NBA Basketball Hoop.

The gardens are alarmed with Infra-Red.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of 1800 euros is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
