Property Description

Located just one minute on foot to the center of the old village of Valbonne, its shops and restaurants, this superb REFURBISHED villa, totally secluded, offers views over the village and hills. Despite the short distance( 100 meters) to the village the villa is completely quiet and south-oriented.

All four double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are all of them air conditioned, two of them, one with twin beds, are located on the first floor.

The villa is light, spacious and both the sitting room and dining areas are now air conditioned. The sitting room has high ceilings and an original Louis XIII fireplace (from Chateau la Salle from Macon), stone floor tiles and antique furniture and open access to the dining room.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price (these will be changed after the first week of a two week duration) Please bring your own beach towels.

The garden is completely fenced in and children friendly. The pool is secured by an alarm system and can be heated.
NOTE: we regret we do not accept pets at the villa.

The villa is South oriented and very light with five large French doors opening to the terrace areas.


All four double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and have air conditioning, two are located on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The bathrooms are light and all have windows with predominantly white suites with decorative hand painted tiles.

The well equipped Provencal design kitchen is olive green and light yellow colours, with all equipment built in.

There is an adjacent laundry and store room.

1) Main bedroom: two matresses in one bedframe,not separable, each mattress 207 cm long and 102 cm large, the two mattresses together make, large 204 cm, long 207 cm

2) Adjacent bedroom : one large bed, 195 cm long and 143 cm large

3) Upstairs bedroom with one large bed with baldaquin roof, long 200 cm , large 142 cm

4) Adjacent twin bed room: two seperated individual beds , each 203 cm long and 103 cm large

All four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, in the main bedroom shower and bathtub and seperate WC, in the other three bathrooms WC, and shower or bathtub with shower and WC

This beautiful villa has a private garden with secluded pool (possibility to heat the pool) and two intimate covered patio areas with barbecue facilities and comfortable garden furniture. From the house you can look over Valbonne village and the hills.

The property is south orientated with five large French doors opening to the garden and patio.

There is ample parking for three cars.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/security deposit of £1000/1200 euros(€ 2000 if rent is longer than 2 weeks) is taken to cover final cleaning charges of 250 euros, electricity (€ 0.20 per kWh) , telephone, any breakages and obligatory cleaning and change of linen during the stay in the villa

The charge of 3 hours  € 42 ( € 14 per hour) for the cleaning of the villa in the middle of each week and € 42 for the change of linen at the end of each week  is obligatory, except in the last week.
