Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking.

Final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit will apply, this is taken to cover utilities/telephone costs should any be incurred and to cover any breakages or damage to the property. This will be refunded after your stay.
