Inside the Property

The interior is approx 270 sq metres

Sitting room with a lovely stone fireplace overlooking the countryside. The decor is impeccable with a harmonious blend of antique and modern furniture, fine soft furnishings,Persian carpets, chandeliers, artwork and a host of tasteful features.

 A fully fitted kitchen with a 5 gas ring hob and two ovens. Granite worksurfaces, everything you need for simple to gourmet cooking.

Seperate dining room opening onto the garden.

All the windows & French doors have the traditional louvred shutters to keep the villa cooler on very hot days. The villa is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped to a very high standard.

Guest bedroom  situated off the entrance sleeps 2 with a double bed. This bedroom has air-conditioning. 

Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room, seperate toilet.Hairdryer.

Upstairs

Outside the Property

The grounds of this lovely property are totally secluded behind large automatic gates.Beautiful landscaped gardens of approx 3000sq metres with orange & lemon trees and flowering shrubs.The pool area is very private with views over the gardens & countryside. The pool is tastefully fenced making the pool area child safe.

An olive grove with different areas for relaxing,you can even hook up a hammock between two trees for afternoon siesta,  the pool area is very secluded, a rectangular pool with a covered lounge area.

50% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks before start of booked period.

A security deposit of 2500 euros is required for any unforseen breakages, telephone etc.
