Located in the prestigious Domaine of Le Castellet in Villefrance sur Mer, Villa Astra is a newly built villa finished in a modern Provençal style, which is fully air conditioned with 5 double bedrooms, each with it's own balcony or terrace and each enjoying panoramic views of the coast.

Linen and towels are included and a linen/towel change will be done after each weeks stay.  Extra maid service can be provided upon request.

Inside the Property

The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining with large white leather sofas, mood lighting and a plasma screen TV with a full SKY satellite package.

There is also a separate TV room with a 2nd plasma screen and a sound system, perfect for in-house movies.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the house.

The granite topped kitchen has access to an al fresco dining area with a marble table, with seating for 12, and which overlooks the gardens and pool area, making it possible for year round outside dining.

The 5 bedrooms have been beautifully furnished with the finest Egyptian cotton bedlinen. The 2 Master suites have TV's and large terraces with seating to appreciate the beautiful sea views, and 2 of the bedrooms can be made into twin bedrooms, if required.

There are 4 travertine, white and chrome bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite, with one benefitting from a jacuzzi bath tub, and are all located on the first floor, with a separate guest WC on the ground floor.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone, electricity and any breakages.
