Property Description

This is a unique south facing ground floor apartment with amazing sea views, set up in the hills a few kilometres out of Cannes. It has its own private pool and garden.

This large apartment is within walking distance to all local amenities in Le Cannet and only a 10 minute drive maximum to La Croisette/central Cannes.

The apartment has a parking space for one vehicle and also a garage(upon request).

Inside the Property

There are three double bedrooms, two have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. Sleeps 6 as a family or for festival periods, will sleep 4 separately one person in each bed.

The apartment is open plan, with sitting room, dining area, well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and large American fridge.

Large windows reveal wonderful views of the bay and pool area.

Private pool and garden area. Wonderful views of the pool and bay.

Parking for one vehicle, plus garage if required and upon request.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £500 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
