This stunning villa is a newly renovated, beautiful, luxury 250 m2 property with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms set in 2500 m2 of land, with stunning views over the Bay of Cannes.

Restaurants, beach and shops are within walking distance from the villa, with the centre of Cannes, just a 10 minute drive, making this an ideal villa for a large family or group of friends wanting to enjoy the best of the Cote d'Azur.

The linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price, together with air conditioning and pool heating in the summer months. After each complete weeks rental the linen and towels will be changed.

Villa is perfect for the Monaco Grand Prix, as the train station is only 5 minutes away and then a 40 minute train journey into Monaco.  Alternatively great villa for Festivals in Cannes as only minutes away by car. Or again the train is very convenient and no traffic!

Inside the Property

The villa is laid out on two levels and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.

On the First Level, there is a double bedroom, an en suite bath/shower room with WC and a well furnished living/dining area with a flat screen  Plasma TV. The large, well equipped kitchen, which is large enough to entertain in, also has a flat screen Plasma TV and the swimming pool area maybe accessed from this level.

On the Second Level, there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and WC's. There is also a second fitted kitchen and utility area. There are two further twin bedded bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and WC's.

All three double bedrooms have king size beds.

Under a large veranda there is a pleasant outdoor living area with a barbecue and a table for 10 people.

The SKY package includes MOVIES and SPORTS. There are Plasma TV's in the main bedroom, kitchen and living room, all other bedrooms have a standard TV.

Outside the Property

A large terrace leads to the infinity swimming pool which is alarmed for child safety and enjoys views of the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool also has a hard cover to retain the heat and also a good child safety measure, although adults should be present at all times.

There is also a full size table tennis table for guests use.

There are green spaces all around the villa with a closed garage, plenty of parking, an electric entrance gate and a burglar alarm system for added security.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £1500 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
