The property has five large bedrooms – a Master bedroom suite (King size bed 2mx2m), a double (Queen bed) and two twin bedrooms, plus another double bedroom(Queen bed) guest suite providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.

Located in a quiet residential area near the village of Roquefort Les Pins, the villa is only 30 minutes from Nice airport and ideally placed to enjoy the mountains of the interior, the historic towns of Vence and Valbonne as well as Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the Cote d"Azur.

This is a fabulous house with plenty of space indoors and outdoors, ideal for a great family holiday.

Outside the Property

The property, set in 3,500 sqm, has pleasant open views across the Provençal countryside and over a magnificent lawned garden with private pool and pool terrace. Surrounding the villa is a wide verandah for outdoor dining, with gas BBQ and family table and chairs seating up to 10 people. There’s a beautiful 10m x 6m pool designed with a shallow end for children but also suitable for lap swimming, set in a sheltered pool terrace. The pool has an alarm for security.

Completely peaceful and private on all sides, the gardens are laid out in sweeping flat lawns (automatic watering), with shade offered by the palms and olive trees. There"s a big children"s trampoline as well as boules pitch.

Booking & Payment Info

All prices are in euros. The euro price is for indication only and is subject to change in accordance with the exchange rate from day to day.

A down payment of 50% of the total amount of all rental fees and services is required at the time of reservation.

The balance of the rental cost together with the security deposit must be paid at least eight weeks before the start date of the rental, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Keys to the rented property are made available to the renter on the date of the start of the rental and must be returned on the date of termination of the rental. Any missing keys will be charged to the renter and the cost of replacement together with an administration charge will be taken out of the security deposit. 

The security deposit is required to cover any damage caused by the person or persons occupying the property.
The security deposit will be returned to the renter within four weeks of departure after deduction of any sums owed to the owner. In the case of damage caused by the tenant and requiring the intervention of professional repairers, the security deposit will be retained until such time that estimates of costs have been obtained.
The sum paid as a security deposit in no way limits the financial liability of the renter, who remains responsible for the real cost of any damage caused in excess of the deposit paid.

Unless agreed otherwise, check-in is possible daily from 4.00pm to 8.00pm. Unless agreed otherwise, the property must be vacated before 10am.

Les Trois Feuillets is a family home and is available for rent throughout June, July and August, rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity and a weekly changeover of linen and towels for a rental of two weeks or longer.  Final cleaning is also included.

Price does NOT include cost of telephone calls, extra cleaning or any optional services not previously specified and billed.
