An imposing apartment (90 m2) located on the top floor of a magnificent chateau in the heart of the sun-drenched Poitou countryside, offering a beautiful view over the estate and its surroundings.

There is a golf club less than a kilometre away. Although situated away from the major tourist routes, the region has a number of places to visit, including the charming, small but lively, historic town of Parthenay (25 km), and Poitiers
(35 km). La Rochelle (120 km) on the Atlantic coast and the island of Re and Oleron are also worth a detour, as will as discovering the French wines and cuisine in the many local restaurants.

Inside the Property

The apartment is situated on the Second Floor and the accommodation comprises of a living room with a fireplace and balcony, a dining room and an open plan kitchen.

There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside the Property

The terrace, the garden, the swimming pool and the tennis court are all shared with the residents of the Chateau.

There is garden furniture, a BBQ, table tennis and billiards.

Booking & Payment Info

Payment: 30% of the rental cost must be paid within 7 days after booking. The 70% balance must be settled at the latest 6 weeks before the date of arrival at the property.

If a booking is made within 6 weeks before the arrival date, full payment must be made within 3 days after booking.

A security deposit is required to be paid at the time of arrival. Any incidental costs will be deducted at the end of the stay and the remaining deposit will be refunded.

Rental cost includes 7 nights accommodation only, electricity and gas.

Pets are not allowed.
