Property Description
Villa L'Opale is situated in the tranquil woods of Le Touquet and is close to La Mer, La Forêt and Le Manoir golf courses. The enchanting dunes and sandy beaches of Le Touquet, Stella Plage, & Merlimont are only minutes away. Villa l’Opale is an easy Channel hop from Dover and provides a comfortable 5 bedroom holiday home which sleeps ten people. L'Opale is a detached house set in a quarter acre of gardens backing on to woods and fields, a stunning horse regularly passes the fence. Tall trees within the garden provide privacy and shade.
Inside the Property
The property had five bedrooms including three double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room come dining room is L-shaped with a wood burning stove. It boasts a cream leather suite of contemporary style, with seating for 9-10 people which overlooks front garden. The dining table is a large leaf-drop oak style table with seating for 6+4 people. The room includes display cabinets and bookshelves of white and stained oak style and 2 patio doors with a balcony overlooking back gardensThe entertainment facilities include CD/Radio/Tape Hi-Fi, Playstation 2 (PSII) and TV/Video/DVD player with English channels. Books range from fiction to reference and many children's books and table games and children's videos. A computer with broadband wireless internet access is available or you may plug in your own laptop to pick up your email. (Additional charge of £15 per week applies or pro rata daily rate)
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, 4 ring gas stove with extractor, fridge/ freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and blender and is fully equipped for 10 people.
Bedroom one has a king size pine bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. It has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks front gardens.
Bedroom two has a super king size bed, white and antique oak-stained wood traditional style double wardrobe and bedside unit. It has a wash basin and a shower cubical and overlooks back gardens.
Bedroom three has twin beds with a bedside unit and chair. It shares a large wardrobe in the gallery. There is an e-suite shower room:

Bedroom Five is situated on the lower ground floor. It is a large double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside unit. It has access to back garden.
The en-suite bathroom includes a full size bath, shower, wash basin, shaver point and toilet.
A cot, high chair and stair gates are available free of charge.
Outside the Property
The terrace is located at ground level to the side of the house with a balcony overlooking the back gardens. Access to the terrace is via the front garden. The back garden is accessible from the lower ground floor of the house or via the drive which runs along the side of the house. It is mostly laid to lawn with several tall leafy trees offering shade and privacy as well as smaller shrubs and flowers. A large patio area has a BBQ and garden chairs with a sun umbrella. There are also children’s swings and a climbing frame. The front garden is a large open area laid to lawn with a tall handsome oak tree bearing the name of the house. To the side of the property there are hedges and short shrubs. A flower bed/rockery is by front door. There is plenty off road parking on the driveway and the rear patio area. The garage is available for the use of holidaymakers.Garage includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron. There is plenty of room for outdoor gear. Garden furniture and outdoor games also stored in garage. The lobby holds a bench seat and Fridge/Freezer for garden drinks & food.
