Property Description

THE VILLA IS LOCATED:
Approximately 20 mins drive from Disney and the other Theme Parks.

It is situated on the prestigious Crescent Lakes Development with outstanding views overlooking a large lake. A very convenient location and within easy reach of local supermarkets and shops.

The villa is of the highest standard and is furnished and equipped with every modern convenience.

The large South-facing Pool and Jacuzzi back onto a large lake which is stocked full of fish for the keen angler, fishing is allowed and rods are supplied.

For bookings of two weeks or more we also include a "MAIDS DAY" A top to bottom clean, including stripping and remaking beds with clean sheets, washing all sheets and towels, vacuum cleaning the whole villa, washing all crockery ready for your return.

The Villa is ideally suited for elderly or disabled guests as there are two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with walk in shower.

The villa has a 30 ft Private South Facing Pool and Jacuzzi, Overlooking a large lake.

For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa. Failure to observe these terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Interior description

This villa is over 3000 sqft.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM AND TWO WALK IN CLOSETS, large American King Size bed and matching dressing table together with a TV and Video, Telephone and Alarm Clock. The en-suite bathroom has twin matching wash sinks with featured lighting, bath and large walk in shower. All bathrooms contain hair dryers.

There are 3 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs.
The other bedrooms contain the following, 2 bedrooms with (US)Queen double beds and 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

The laundry Room has all modern appliances.

We also offer a top to bottom mid week clean if required.

For entertainment we have a 55inch TV in the lounge coupled to a DVD player and Video player. There are a further 6 TVs and another DVD and Video Player in the villa. A recent addition is the games room which has a full size professional slate pool table, as well as an 8ft Air Hockey Table, TV and Hi Fi System

The Villa has an upstairs Den, which is also ideal for use as an area for private phone calls or Internet Access as and when required.

Booking & Payment Info

Rates: Dollar rates may vary depending on exchange rates at the time of booking. A returnable booking /security deposit of £250/ $300 is payable at the time of booking, and the balance of the total Villa Rental Cost is due 12 weeks prior to arrival and any additional charges, eg pool heating costs. The Villa is available for occupation from 16.00 (local time) on the day of arrival until 10.00 (local time) on the day of departure. Vacating after 10.00 may incur charges equivalent to one days accommodation cost.
