Property Description

This villa is a very nice property which is situated about 3kms away from the sea.  It is located in the ancient part of the Island of Brac in Skrip. The villa sleeps 9-11 (5 bedrooms, sleeping 9 people and 2 persons if required on a double sofa bed)

The house has a surface area of 300 sqm and provides a guest house in addition to main house, garden, subsidiary buildings and private swimming pool.

The villa has been beautifully restored in typical Dalmatian style, it is complete with L-Shaped swimming pool is situated in the village of Skrip, one of the oldest settlement on Brac island. The villa offers spectacular views of Brac, the Adriatic and mainland.

There is a restaurant and grocery store within walking distance of the property. This villa would suit families or a group of friends travelling together who are looking to stay in a wonderful setting yet be within easy access to all the attractions the island has to offer.

Linen, towels are included in the rental price, together with heating, electricity, water, final cleaning and gas.

The airport transfer including ferry crossing from Split is 2-3 hours.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Inside the Property

In Brief 

The house is arranged on three levels: ground floor, first floor and second floor.

The villa is accessed from a quiet road through double doors into a spacious courtyard where there is a stone pool house above which sits a lovely terrace offering sea views to the mainland. Access to the main house is from the courtyard which leads into a very large open plan kitchen/diner lounge area. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a terrace and down to the pool area. This floor also features a bathroom. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with double bed and French doors leading out onto a balcony with sea/pool views. There are three further bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room) and a family bathroom complete with hydromassage bath. 

A separate stone guest house offers the following accommodation; on the ground floor a kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa bed in the lounge for two and a shower room, on the first floor there is a double bedroom.

Outside the Property

The villa has terraces, private swimming pool and sea view .

There are stone steps down into the pool as well as a ladder at the opposite end. Althoug the villa states garden there is no lawn area only terraced areas with pots.

The property also features a Konoba with a dining table that can seat up to 14 persons with an outdoor BBQ area nearby.

There is space for two cars and  off street parking.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance is required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/security deposit of 400€ cash is required upon arrival.
