Property Description

This traditional built Dubrovnik house is located in the vicinity of the historical City of Dubrovnik, overlooking the sea and magnificent Fort Lovrijenac.

A pleasant 1 minute walk will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik, where most cultural and other happenings are organized, not to mention the numerous museums, exhibitions, monuments, restaurants, cafe bars and other interesting attractions.

This villa would suit a family or friends looking for a place to stay within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and beaches.

Towels, linen and cleaning is included in the price. However, please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Additional cleaning can be arranged at your own expense.

Inside the Property

Interior Description

There are three bedrooms and all have double beds, 2 bedrooms have their own en-suites. There is also a double sofa bed.

There is no air conditioning as the house has very thick walls and the owners feel it is not really necessary. However there are fans available for the bedrooms, if required.

The second (top) floor of the villa is a separate apartment with a separate entrance and does not share any of the facilities of the villa which is offered for rental.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.

Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date.

A bond/sec. deposit of 300 Euros is also taken to cover unforseen breakages. Tourist tax of 1 euro per day applies and should be added to the final balance.

For reservations made 3 days or less before arrival, a surcharge of 30% will apply.

The separate apartment in the villa is available for rental from 1 May 2009 until 1 November. Further information available.
