Property Description

Luxurious accomodation for 10 persons in the dazzling Istrian hinterland, only 2 km away from the seashore, 20 km from Pula airport and 25 km from Rovinj. The authentic Istrian country house (stancija) from the beginning of the 20th century, built on a beautiful estate covering 120 000 sqm, recently completely rebuilt and furnished luxuriously. It is located on the magic Istrian peninsula, from where sometimes, when the sky is clear, even the lights of Venice are visible, opposite to the beautiful Brijuni Islands, surrounded by Mediterranean macchia, olive-groves and wineyards, ready to provide You with unforgettable moments of rest.

Inside the Property

  • chef for preparation and serving of lunch and supper throughout the day.The chef shall arrange everything with you in advance (one day in advance or the same day in the morning). He will also obtain the food and prepare the original and rich, but at the same time simple and healthy Mediterranean meals, Istrian specialties, international cuisine, meals from Far and Near East, fusion etc... The alimentary to be used for the preparation of meals are not included in the price, but you will only pay the market price in accordance with the bills or specification (in case of market purchase) which will be presented to you. Of course, the vegetables from our garden are free of charge.

    Booking & Payment Info

     SECURITY DEPOSIT 
    A security deposit is required to cover the cost of any damages or breakages. The deposit will be collected on your From at the villa and is usually € 200 - € 300 per villa. For telephone use, internet access or other services a higher deposit may be required to cover eventual bills. You will be advised of this at the time of booking or if you decide on From that you wish to use additional services the higher deposit will be confirmed to you in resort. Please ensure you have this amount of money ready when you arrive otherwise entry into the property may be delayed until the deposit is produced.
     The deposit is usually refunded as the end of your stay subject to an inspection of the villa for damage. In some instances delays of up to 8 weeks in returning the deposit are caused due to awaiting utility bills or proof of damage. No calls will be made to the owner to speed up the receipt of bills until 4 weeks after the return date.

     From And Till
     Guests are expected to arrive between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm Croatian time and to depart by 11.00am. There may be slight variations to these times +/- one hour - you will be advised of the correct From/Till times for your property on your travel documentation. If your From is outside these times we may have to impose an out of office hours charge for someone to meet you at the villa. If you arrive after 10.00pm you may not be able to access the property until the following day.
     Details of whom to meet at the villa are given on the directions sheet issued to you once we have received full payment for the villa.
     We are unable to offer refunds as a result of time lost at your villa due to flight delays. In addition refunds cannot be issued on villa rentals aborted early.
