Property Description

This fabulous 270 sqm, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, built in 1905 and recently renovated, is situated in a peaceful location at the edge of the village of Crklada, only 10 km from the town of Porec.

The traditional style along with the reclaimed stone and oak beams, used in the construction, give the villa an interesting atmosphere - a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people.

NOTE: Pets are NOT allowed.

Inside the Property

Accommodation Ground Floor: There is a large open-plan living area with a beautiful stone fireplace and dining area, kitchen, utility and one double bedroom with a bathroom en suite.

First Floor: There are two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, a jacuzzi and a twin bedroom with a bathroom en suite.

The property is air conditioned.

Outside the Property

A large landscaped garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants surrounds the villa, and is framed with a stone wall.

There is a swimming pool at the front of the villa, along with a BBQ area.

Also there is plenty of parking available.

Booking & Payment Info

Once a booking invoice has been sent out, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 70% of the rental cost must be paid, immediately. The balance of the booking must be received not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

If booking within 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

A security deposit is required to cover the cost of any damages or breakages. The deposit is collected in cash from you at the villa on arrival. This will be returned at the end of the rental, subject to an inspection of the villa for damage. In some instances delays of up to 8 weeks in returning the deposit are caused due to awaiting utility bills or proof of damage.

Travel insurance is insisted upon, to cover any eventuality.

Guests are expected to arrive between 3pm and 8pm Croatian time on the arrival day and to depart by 11am on the day of departure.

Linen and linen is included in the rental price. Although beach towels are NOT supplied.

Only the number of persons named at the time of booking may use the property without prior agreement. The maximum of people, including infants, allowed at the property may not be exceeded.
