Property Description

Sitting on a hillside overlooking the picturesque Ibizan country countryside Ca'n Jordi is beautifully finished to a very high standard. Watching the sun set in the valley below, as it follows the contours of the surrounding mountainside is simply stunning.

The relaxed country setting of Ca'n Jordi really belies its easy access to Ibiza airport and historic Ibiza Town, whilst the beautiful beaches along Ibiza's South Western coast, such as Cala d'Hort, are also within easy reach. The large swimming pool is the perfect place in which to relax after a day's sightseeing or to re-energise after experiencing Ibiza's legendary nightlife.

Inside the minimalist style of Ca'n Jordi mirrors the clean line of the property is architecture, with air conditioning ensuring a cool retreat for those afternoon siestas. Reached by a country track, this property is a really relaxing retreat and is hard to leave, however the surrounding beaches, Ibiza Town, the famous Salines beach area and Ibiza'a party coast to the North West of the island, may prove impossible to resist.

Inside the Property

Ca'n Jordi offers on the Ground Floor, a large light open-plan sitting/dining area with large sliding doors opening out on to the pool and terrace. The modern, well equipped galley-style kitchen is part of the open-plan area. There is also a utility room on this floor.

On the Lower Ground Floor, there are 2 bedrooms, both of which may be made up as doubles or twins, with a bathroom en suite. These bedrooms have a separate entrance.

On the First Floor, there are 4 bedrooms, all of which can be made up as either doubles or twins. There is a shower en suite and a full separate bathroom.

The villa can sleep up to 12 people.

Outside the Property

The large pool terrace has plenty of soft, cream seating with lots of cushions, parasols and sun loungers. The is a covered sala under which one can enjoy a snooze in the afternoon.

The pool overlooks woodland and the surrounding countryside.

There is plenty of parking and a BBQ.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit must be paid and a security damage deposit of 1500 euros at the time of booking.
The full balance of the rental price including any charges (made by any supplementary invoice) must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Insurance must be taken out in order to cover all clients
and their holiday arrangements.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes will incur a £30 amendment fee per person in respect of each change to cover costs incurred. Changes cannot be made within 42 days of departure.

All cancellations by Client must be made in writing from the person who signed the booking form, either by recorded delivery or fax. If the cancellation notification is received 43 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%

Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%

Between 14 and the departure date or later 100%

A food hamper is available on arrival and pool towels are included in the rental price.

Cook Service is available on request and is payable locally.

Maid Service, 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Rentals commence and finish on a Sunday, and is for a minimum of 7 nights.
