Property Description

Located close to Pikes Hotel, you will be conveniently placed for easy access to Ibiza Town, San Rafael, San Jose and Santa Gertrudis.

The quiet idyllic setting, with its panoramic views of the countryside and the sea, is ideal for relaxation, yet close enough for Ibiza's fantastic beaches, bars, night clubs and other recreational facilities.

To summarise, this stunning villa with pool and gardens is fully equipped with all luxuries you will expect. It sleeps ten and is situated in the countryside near to beaches, night life and restaurants with plenty to keep children entertained.

Prices includes the final cleaning unless it is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

Interior description:

The villa has been beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished, with superb attention to detail.

Villa Ibiza comprises of the following:

Open plan living and dining room. Large fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. Two master bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. Three further bedrooms and a third bathroom.Guest cloakroom

The five bedroom villa is laid out on two levels as described below. It was completely renovated in 2004 by a talented interior designer including new kitchen appliances, audio visual equipment and air conditioning. All furnishings are to a very high standard.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

Upper Level
Lounge/Dining Area
Generous comfortable seating area, large dining table. Opens onto a very large terrace. Fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, air conditioning.

Kitchen
Very large well equipped kitchen. Gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. An external utility room houses a washer and dryer along with a portable cooler box.

Bedroom One (Master)
Large double bed (180cm x 200cm), en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Large dressing room. Satellite TV, air conditioning and safe. This room has a private terrace that leads directly to the pool area and has Satellite TV.

Bedroom Two
Twin bedroom, two beds each 90cm x 200cm. Adjacent toilet and wash basin. Satellite TV and air conditioning. Excellent views.

Lower Level
Bedroom Three (Master)
Large double canopy bed (180cm x 200cm), en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to terrace. Satellite TV, sound system and air conditioning.

Bedroom Four
Twin bedroom, two beds (90cm x 200cm), satellite TV and direct access to terrace and swing. Air conditioning.

Bedroom Five
Doubles as games room, includes satellite TV, DVD and Playstation 2. Sofa bed sleeps two.

Bathroom
Bath and shower.

Most rooms have:

Satellite TV, DVD player, CD Player and air conditioning.

Outside the Property

Outside description
The mature gardens allow for quiet relaxation whilst the young (and maybe the not so young) enjoy cooling off and splashing around in the pool with a slide. There are several outdoor eating areas, a barbecue and sufficient sun loungers for all guests.

Garden

The extensive gardens with unobstructed country views are maintained by a local landscape gardener. Features include two al fresco dining areas, grape vines and an orange tree. Even with a full villa, our guests are guaranteed to find part of the garden that they can escape too.


Pool area

A new rectangular pool is replacing the existing pool and it will be at least 10 x 5.  It will have stone steps down and a shallow end. The children will love the fun slide. The area around the pool includes ten sun loungers and a barbecue area. The pool is maintained once a week.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £1000 is also required two weeks before arrival.
