Set in some 30,000 square metres of land, Colomorat's lovely gardens boast plenty of private spots in which to lose yourself in relaxation during the day, before taking a dip in the large pool, followed by evening tapas al fresco under the stars.

Enjoying a quiet location inland, you are still only a few minutes drive from the coast and the fabulous beaches on Ibiza's southern coast, as well as towns such as Santa Eulalia offering a choice of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

A traditional favourite amongst artists San Carlos is a small, yet well known village and has a long-standing tradition as a meeting point on the island. People gather at the cafés and bars or at the hippy market which takes place each Saturday at the Las Dalias restaurant.

Inside the house is finished comfortably with the owners taking particular pride in the property, which has good sized rooms and two fabulous roof terraces, ideal areas in which to soak up the Ibizan sunshine.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit must be paid and a security damage deposit of 1500 euros at the time of booking.
The full balance of the rental price including any charges (made by any supplementary invoice) must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Insurance must be taken out in order to cover all clients
and their holiday arrangements.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes will incur a £30 amendment fee per person in respect of each change to cover costs incurred. Changes cannot be made within 42 days of departure.

All cancellations by Client must be made in writing from the person who signed the booking form, either by recorded delivery or fax. If the cancellation notification is received 43 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%

Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%

Between 14 and the departure date or later 100%

A food hamper is available on arrival and pool towels are included in the rental price.

Cook Service is available on request and is payable locally.

Maid Service, 2 hours per day, 2 days per week.

Tenancy Times: Tenancies commence at 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 hours on the day of departure
