The villa is just a short distance from a choice of beaches that are sprinkled along Ibiza's pretty southern coasts.

The cosmopolitan town of Santa Eulalia is close at hand, itself home to a wonderful sandy beach, a range of shops and many restaurants and bars around its harbor.

Ibiza Town is a short drive away, with its old fort, cobbled streets and boutique shops lending it to lazy afternoons, or catch the ferry for a daytrip to the relatively undiscovered Balearic Island of Formentor.

Inside the Property

Bright, white interiors and well proportioned rooms give this inviting villa, a real sense of space, with pieces from the Far East, bringing touches of vibrant colour and adding wonderful contrast to the modernistic design.

The accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor - a large open-plan living area with fireplace, which opens out on to the large terraces, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom which has doors opening onto the pool terrace, with shower room en suite, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom.

First Floor - a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room.

There is a covered dining area which is the perfect spot in which to dine al fresco, whilst enjoying the views across the verdant countryside beyond the pool.

Outside the Property

The villa has a large, private swimming pool with built-in steps and there are plenty of sunloungers, outdoor furniture and parasols around the pool terrace.

There is a built-in stone BBQ - perfect for evening dining.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.

Linen is changed once a week on arrival day. Extra changes available on request, at an additional charge.

Tenancies commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 hours on the day of departure

Maid service - 2 hours, 2 days per week.

Rental price includes a food hamper.
