Property Description

Ca'n Naranjo is a newly refurbished finca in a hillside position with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, near the picturesque village of San Carlos and the beautiful Aguas Blancas beach.

The property sleeps 10 people and has 5 double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.

Ca'n Naranjo is well located for exploring the intoxicating island of Ibiza, with easy access to many country roads and splendid walks.

The village of San Carlos has shops, restaurants and a bank, and is home to one of Ibiza's most famous meeting places, Anita's Bar.

Inside the Property

On the Ground Floor there are double doors leading into the living room which has a feature fireplace and a beamed ceiling.

The kitchen is large, light and airy with a dining table. There is also a utility room.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two double bedrooms with bathroom en suite facilities and one twin bedroom also with an en suite bathroom.

On the First Floor, there are two double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and private terraces with sea views.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with TV's.

Outside the Property

There is a fantastic outdoor eating area with a BBQ and distant sea views from the upper terraces.

The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by terracing and has an outdoor shower, along with outside furniture.

The pool house has a shower and WC.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.

Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

Tenancies commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 hours on the day of departure.

Maid service is once a week.

A welcome basket is provided.
