Property Description

La Pleta de Son Negre, is a beautifully restored finca, or traditional Mallorcan farm house that is located in a rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of this holiday island and is surrounded by fields with distant sea views.

The finca is only a 15 minute drive to the local beaches, Cala Millor, Porto  Christo etc.There are 4 golf courses within a 10 minute and 20 minute drive. The nearest shops are in San Lorenzo and Manacor, just a 5 minutes drive away. 

If a calm location and peaceful surroundings are what is required for a longed- for holiday, then La Pleta de Son Negre is the place for you.

There is a mobile telephone for your use. Top up cards are available to buy locally. 

The cleaner can either attend 3 times a week for 2 hours or twice per week for 3 hours, whichever is preferable.

Inside the Property

The interiors of La Pleta de Son Negre are beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with tiled floors throughout, beamed ceilings and light, airy rooms. There is air conditioning in all rooms.

The Main House (sleeps 6)has an entrance hall, with a sitting room and open fireplace. There is a dining room, a modern kitchen and a laundry/pantry.

On the ground floor, there is a LARGE double bedroom with a shower room en suite, which has access to the garden with its own little terrace.

On the First Floor, there is a Master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and its own balcony. There is a second bedroom which has a 4 poster double bed with a bathroom en suite and its own balcony.

The Guest House, which is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance, which is not connected to the main house, has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room, with a sitting room and fireplace, kitchenette (no dishwasher but everything else) washing machine etc. It also has its own small terrace. The interiors are not as the main house and are more simply decorated. Would suit a couple or small family.

The Guest House can be let seperately during the winter months for 150 euros per night for 4 people and 120 euros per night for 2 people - would include the gardner once a week and maid service once a week. Only extras would be 100 euros for the heating during the winter months.

In addition there is a Cassita,which is a simple little house situated in the garden, which would be suitable for a cook or nanny, which has air conditioning and a TV.

There is air conditioning in all rooms, although, it is not fierce 'American' air conditioning!

Outside the Property

The garden is large and has a free form shaped swimming pool, which is protected with dense bushes and gates, making it suitable for children. There is plenty of outside furniture for outside dining and sun bathing.

There is an outside shower for use by the swimming pool. 

There is a sauna, a boules area and a BBQ also in the garden area.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

La Pleta de Son Negre is available throughout the year, with prices ranging from 3300 euros upwards euros per week, further information is available on request.
