The Villa is accessed via a gated driveway and is set amongst mature private gardens with extensive lawns. Large wrap around covered terrace greets you with its stylish terrace furniture, which faces extensive lawns

Villa Sort affords a super private casita which is only approx 40 steps away from the main Villa-Pool, accessed by walking under a vine covered creeper which takes you directly to the Casita. There are two small covered terraces. The front door takes you into a small entry zone with sofa and coffee table. On your right a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with walk in shower recess. On your left door enters into a further twin bedroom with en-suite complete bathroom. This Casita is ideal for extra family, nanny or teenagers.

This exclusive villa is the perfect choice for families who wish to enjoy the comforts of a really special villa.

Just five minutes drive from the charming old town of Pollensa or a 10 minute walk. To Puerto Pollensa it is a ten minute drive.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION

All accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day
Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays)
Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up)

- Unique Villas: Daily maid service cleans, except (Sundays & Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise)

- All other villas: including discounted Villas min 1 max 2 midweek maid service cleans (depending on individual villas). Days may vary

- Pool towels changed during two week stays only

Inside the Property

This impressive Mallorcan, two storey villa has a large entrance hall with an open fireplace that leads into the dining room which is beautifully furnished. It is open plan to a formal living area with a wrought iron fireplace and beautiful wooden ceilings which are a feature throughout most of this stunning property. And next to it there is an additional room with a satellite TV set, DVD player, comfortable leather sofa and air conditioning, all surrounded by windows. It has a PSP 2 and also fast internet service.

The rustic, Spanish style kitchen which is located in the main house is well equipped and has a large breakfast table.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a separate bathroom.

The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is entered through a cloak room and has an ornate, antique Spanish double bed as well as a writing desk. The other two bedrooms are very spacious and colourfully decorated. Located on the first floor are two bathrooms, one of which has a corner bath.

Wooden stairs lead up directly from the lounge area to a landing. On your left an archway leads you to inner hall. On the right is the super complete en suite shower room with walk in shower recess. On the left door opens into a twin bedroom with its light and bright colour scheme and fitted wardrobes. This room has a step down into a delightful dressing room with table and chairs. At the end of the inner hall arch door leads into a super spacious twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room with its décor of grey and blue theme with walk in shower recess.

At the end of the landing door leads into a delightful double bedroom in delicate shades of summer blues, including its beautiful ornate antique Spanish double bed and fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room in beige and white tiles, and walk in shower recess.

Outside the Property

The villa is accessed via a gated driveway, and is set in mature private gardens. There is a fish pond full of koi carp, lovely lawned areas and natural gardens.

Accessed via the dining room is a large terrace area with a cartwheel table overlooking the lovely pond and pool area.

The nine by eight metre pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with several sun lounges and has an integrated Jacuzzi which can be used as a children's pool.

The pool house with its large patio doors which let in a lot of light and makes it very airy in summer, has a fully fitted kitchen with a gas stove and gas barbecue, ideal for those balmy summer evenings.

There is also table tennis.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices are calculated per week. 25% to confirm booking, 75% prior to arrival.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Villa rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in to property is from 1400 hours and check out is before 1000 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Client is responsible for the correct use of the property, for paying the agreed rental price. To make good the cost of any damages incurred to the property, furniture or appliances, during their stay derived from incorrect use and to return the property in perfect condition to allow for immediate changeover for new guests.
