Property Description

Villa Dottie is the sister villa to Villa Pam. Both villas are nearby/adjacent to each other and are located in the well thought of area of La Font and walkable to the old town of Pollensa, with its amenities, restaurants, shops and galleries. Also, as with Villa Pam, Villa Dottie has commanding views of the mountains beyond.

With Villa Dottie being so close to Villa Pam, it is ideal for larger groups or famillies wishing to holiday together, but wanting space and a choice of two pools!

Both villas are not far from the beautiful beaches of Cala St Vincent.

Villa Dottie is a lovely villa in a good location to all amenities.

Inside the Property

Entry gates are shared by both Villa Pam and Villa Dottie, leading into the driveway/grounds and then to each indivdual villa, both of which are located on large plots of land.

A separate track leads off the main driveway, that passes Villa Pam and leads directly to Villa Dottie.

Both villas are private and are not directly overlooked.

Villa Dottie is a ranch-style bungalow, designed to incorporate a long terrace on one side, making it ideal for outside living with its outside furniture.

The front door opens into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted and nearby the dining area.

A corridor leads off the lounge area to the bedrooms. On the right is the Master double bedroom with an en suite shower room. There is a two way door leading directly out from the en suite shower room into the corridor. On the left is the twin bedroom. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned.

From the lounge area to the left, is another corridor leading to a complete bathroom with a separate walk in shower.

A door leads out from the corridor zone to the exterior, where there is a small covered back terrace which has a stone pathway leading to the BBQ area and swimming pool, where the washing machine is also located.

Outside the Property

The nicely designed swimming pool with paving on all sides, is located at the front of the villa, with its large BBQ and summer kitchen area, which includes a second fridge, a gas hob and a BBQ.

Both the BBQ area and the swimming pool enjoy mountain views.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned rental car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Arrival at the villa is after 1600 hrs and departure from the villa is 1000 hrs.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Maid Service. All accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arriving guests. Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (either Friday or Saturday). Midweek cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (but not washing up!)
