Property Description

Villa Mimi is a charming typical Mallorcan stone, semi-detached town villa nestled down a cul de sac lane, next door to its larger sister - Villa Lilli, located on the outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa and approximately a few minutes walk from the central plaza. 

The grounds of the the villa are separated by walls and fences so each house is completely private with their own swimming pools, yet ideal for larger groups when both villas can be reserved.

The villa is only a 10 minute drive away to Cala St Vincent and its beaches and turquoise waters.

Inside the Property

A stone arch leads through into an inner hallway, infront of which, is a complete bathroom, with shower over the bath tub. To the left leads into a twin bedroom and to the right, is the Master double bedroom, with an en suite bathroom. There is a door leading out of the bedroom into the back patio and BBQ area and exterior utility room.

Leading off the lounge/dining area is a large fully fitted kitchen with a door out to the patio area. 

Stairs lead up from the lounge/dining area to an open mezzanine.

The bedrooms and lounge/dining area are air conditioned.

Outside the Property

The pretty swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is bordered by a terrace and small grass lawn area. Adjacent to the pool is the covered porch which offers an ideal area to relax in the shad and enjoy al fresco entertaining whilst overlooking the pool.

The stone uncovererd BBQ is set at theback of the villa and has direct access along the side of the house to the swimming pool and covered porch.

The villa grounds comprise of both bordering of paving and small grass areas and a large established palm tree, giving welcoming shade from the heat of the day.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned rental car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Arrival at the villa is after 1600 hrs and departure from the villa is 1000 hrs.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Maid Service. All accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arriving guests. Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (either Friday or Saturday). Midweek cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (but not washing up!)
