Property Description

This delightful typical two storey Mallorcan stone-clad semi-detached town villa is situated in a cul de sac lane, next to its smaller sister, Villa Mimi, and is located on the outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa, approximately a few minutes walk from the central plaza.

The grounds of the villa are separated by walls and fences, so each house is completely private with their own swimming pools, yet ideal villa, especially for larger groups, as can be reserved along with Villa Mimi.

Villa Lilli is an ideal villa due to its proximity to the old town of Pollensa, which is a walkable distance.

 

Inside the Property

Large iron gates open into the villa grounds. A covered porch covers the typical arched antique front door, which opens into a comfortable lounge area with its yellow sofas, high ceilings and feature stone walls with many local Mallorcan artefacts adorned on the walls, creating a traditional atmosphere.

A stone arch leads directly through to the country style, large fully fitted kitchen/family dining area. A door leads out to the back uncovered patio and BBQ area.

Leading from the lounge area, through another stone arch, to an inner hall and a large double bedroom, adjacent to which, is a shower room. 

At the end of the hall is a utility room, with a door leading out to the back patio.

Stairs lead directly up from the lounge to a landing. To the left is the large Master double bedroom suite with its 2 metre bed and en suite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi bath and shower over the tub. A door leads out of the bedroom and onto a large uncovered balcony with views beyone and down onto the swimming pool below.

To the right, leads to a twin bedroom with a family bathroom next door which is shared by a further twin bedroom.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside the Property

The lovely swimming pool is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by patio on all sides. The covered entry porch offers an ideal spot for shade, whilst overlooking the pool.

The uncovered built-in stone BBQ is situated at the back of the villa and can be accessed from the pool along the side of the villa.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned rental car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Arrival at the villa is after 1600 hrs and departure from the villa is 1000 hrs.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Maid Service. All accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arriving guests. Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (either Friday or Saturday). Midweek cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (but not washing up!)
