Property Description

Villa Papal is located and set back off the road that leads from Pollensa to Puerto Pollensa. Gate opens into the villas private drive which leads you directly up to the property. The villa is surrounded by established lawns gardens and trees together with abundance of orange trees.

Charming traditional Mallorcan style villa, is comfortably furnished throughout, this together with its established lawns and gardens, its special feature of swimming pool fully fenced and gated, not only offers ideal villa for families and children, yet its location having easy access to both Puerto Pollensa and its sandy beaches, the historic old town of Pollensa and not far away from the small resort of Cala St. Vincent with its beautiful three cove beaches and turquoise waters.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day
• Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays)
• Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up)

Inside the Property

Two steps up take you onto the super large covered naya terrace. The Front door opens into an airy comfortable lounge-dining room with traditional open beams and spot light features with a mix of modern and traditional style furnishings. A feature Stone archway leads off the lounge into an inner hallway. Directly in front is a complete bathroom, to the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and to the right is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

A door leads off the dining area directly into the country style fully fitted kitchen which comprises breakfast table and chairs. A second door leads out of the kitchen directly onto the covered terrace with a large table and chairs ideal for alfresco entertaining delightful area as overlooks the gardens and pool.

The third bedroom is an exterior twin bedroom with robes accessed by door located under the large covered terrace. This bedroom has direct access to the gardens and pool is an ideal bedroom for teenagers, friends or nanny.

Outside the Property

The swimming pool which is located at the front of the Villa is completely fenced on all sides with a gate. There are lawns on three sides of the pool and small terrace patio the other. Nearby the pool at the side of the house is a free standing stone BBQ which has a straw covered pergola adjacent, giving shade whilst al fresco eating. There is a separate utility room adjacent to the Villa near the orange groves which houses a washing machine and free standing freezer.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned rental car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Arrival at the villa is after 1600 hrs and departure from the villa is 1000 hrs.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
